Circle of Care
Circle of Care is the primary publicly funded HIV care system for families in Philadelphia. Founded in 1989, by providers and consumers, Circle of Care is built on a vision of integrated and consumer-centered services that are responsive to the priorities of individuals and families affected by HIV. Structured as a network of 16 clinics and support service providers, we currently serve over 1,900 individuals from 917 families. By bringing together the necessary collaborating organizations and agencies, the Circle of Care bridges the gaps in service systems for families affected by HIV. Circle of Care is the Ryan White Part D grantee for the Philadelphia area. The Part D Program focuses on the development and operation of systems of primary health care and social services that benefit children, youth, women and families living with HIV.
