REGISTRATION INFORMATION

How do I request Training Services?
To request services, you may contact TRAINING 3 by telephone at (215) 985-2640, by email at Training3@familyplanning.org; or by mail to the attention of Training Manager.

Continuing Education Credits:
Nursing contact hours are frequently offered to nurses who attend patient care-related training courses. Other continuing education credits, such as CHEC, CAC, CME, and social work can sometimes be obtained on an as-needed basis. Fees vary.

How to submit registration and/or video order forms:
